LAP RING
Size Guide
Most women wear sizes S or M. Most men wear M or L, with S often fitting smaller fingers and XL fitting larger hands.
| Size | Inner Diameter (Opt 1) | Circumference (Opt 2) |
|---|
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
To find your fit, use a ring you already wear comfortably and match its inner diameter with the chart above.
EU sizing is based on the ring circumference in millimetres.
UK, ES and IT sizes are equivalent conversions of the same measurement.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
HOW TO MEASURE
Method 1 | Use a ring you already own
Measure the inside width of a ring that fits you, straight across the centre (inside edge to inside edge). Match this measurement to the Inner Diameter (mm/in) column in the chart.
Method 2 | Measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres. Match this measurement to the Total Length (mm/in) column in the chart.

Every Fragment design is built on a base of top-quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold or silver using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).
This modern plating method creates a layer that is much thicker and harder than traditional gold plating, for an exceptionally durable finish that won't fade or tarnish. You can sweat, shower or swim in the sea with your jewelry on, without any risk to the gold or silver finish. That's why we're proud to offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing on all Fragment jewelry.
We exclusively use lab-grown stones, so every stone is free from ethical or traceability concerns. They offer the same beauty and quality as mined stones, with a significantly smaller environmental impact.
