We offer the possibility to return within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fragment-studio.fr. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return fees. We recommend sending your jewelry back in a small letter format with tracking to minimize the return shipping cost. Once your return has been received, we will offer you either a full refund on your payment method, minus the 5.90€/7.90$USD shipping fees, or a refund in the form of store credit.

We regret not being able to cover the return and reshipment fees. As a small independent brand, we focus on making our jewelry affordable and accessible, and as such, we do not factor the cost of free returns and reshipment into our pricing. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

As a general rule, our products are shipped and delivered within 4 to 8 working days. All orders ship from Paris, France and our delivered via your national postal network (ie USPS for the USA). Delivery is free for orders over 80€ or 80$USD, while a fee of 5.90€/7.90$USD is charged for orders below this amount.

Yes, you have the option to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Generally this is feasible, but please note that if your order has already been prepared or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation will be possible. all our orders are delivered through the national postal network of each destination country. For example, orders shipped to the USA are handled by USPS, to Spain by Correos, and to Germany by Deutsche Post, among others.

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@fragment-studio.fr to submit a claim. Please include your order number, a photograph of the items you received, and a photo of the barcode on the back of the box. Our team will investigate this with our packing team and carrier partners.

Fragment Studio jewelry is designed with sustainability at the center of our creative process. You can confidently wear them at the seaside, at the gym, and in the shower without any worries. They maintain their original shine permanently and are replaced free of charge in case of wear.

This is all possible due to our unique plating process! We use the highest quality stainless steel that is then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new, modern way of plating, is ten times thicker than standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly, and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. This durability naturally makes it almost anything proof!
