At Fragment Studio, our designs are made from recycled metals. All of our jewelry is plated in real 18k gold or pure silver. The 5 micron plating of our jewelry is significantly thicker than traditional jewelry, ensuring an exceptionally durable finish. Thanks to the use of the latest jewelry plating technologies, we're able to offer this warranty on all our designs.

We exclusively use lab-grown stones, ensuring that each stone is free from any ethical or traceability concerns. These stones offer the same beauty and quality as mined stones, but with a significantly reduced environmental impact.

You can sweat, wear them in the shower or in sea water without the risk of the gold or silver finish tarnishing. That's why we're proud to offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing on all of our Fragment jewelry.

What the warranty covers. Tarnishing of the gold or silver plating, for the lifetime of the piece. If the finish on your design tarnishes, we will replace it free of charge.

What the warranty does not cover. Scratches, dents, bent or broken parts, lost or damaged stones, and normal wear from everyday use. These are not tarnishing and fall outside this warranty — but please contact us anyway, because we repair where we can.
